SYNC

Question-- so I am syncing my RBS50Y router-- and twice it has synced and the LED has shown blue for about 90 seconds and then goes to magenta-- the satellite and the router are right next to each other-- so i know interfence isnt an issue-- what could be causing this? any advice would be welcome
