The network you are using may require you to visit its login page
I'm getting a page with "Connect to Network: the network you are using may require you to visit its login page" whenever I search or type in a URL on chrome. The same issue is happening on edge too. There's a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark showing there's no internet in the bottom right corner of the screen. When I hit the connect button on the webpage it just takes me to the login for routerlogin.net
