This Orbi RBR10 system was the biggest mistake of my life

You can’t even enter the model is box that asks for the model! Their connection is spotty (at best). Customer support is nonexistent. One satellite creates a DEAD-ZONE. When plugged in it blocks EVERYTHING from connecting to the Internet. When I talked to support about it they didn’t know what to do, but tell me to purchase a replacement! Now the last 2 firmware updates have made our connection drop 4x a day, everyday! I had to manually load a previous update, now it just drops off at night!
These things have been going on for a YEAR! With my first contact with customer support, they lost connection to my router and literally gave up. They sent me an email later saying they lost the connection but considered it “solved”. WTF!!??
