Thumbs up for customer service!

How difficult could it be to say "Thanks and Well Done"? There is nowhere I can find on the site or forum to give positive feedback.

A week ago my 7 year old 24-port switch (GS724T) failed with no lights on. A reboot enabled all the lights, no flashing and the unit was dead.

After searching the forums, I discovered that the unit has a lifetime warranty and within 48 hours, I was back in business. New unit installed and the old one being collected tomorrow.
