    What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

    Did you try doing a factory reset and start all over again from scratch?

I didn't try factory reset yet because I was not sure about that. The post you have shared is looking to be the best solution I think. Thank you for the help. Let me try and follow the steps.

    Well you mentioned that you clicked on a link and after that you had issues. It might be that you could have gotten a virus or some malware on your computer. Did you try other computers to see if the problem still persists?
