Do you have a laptop or computer with an Ethernet port? If you do, then connect it to one of the router's LAN ports with an Ethernet cable. Log into the router, change the Wi-Fi password and apply the change. Wait about a minute, then try to connect to the Wi-Fi network with a wireless device.

If you are connected via Wi-Fi, then changing the Wi-Fi password will naturally cause your connection to drop. Just rejoin the Wi-Fi network using the new password.

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, my network disappeared. And when it reappeared, it would accept neither the new or the old passphrase. The repeated error message said 'connection timeout.' So I reset the router. The factory password works, but I'm back to square 1.
