Trying to Revive old R6400V2

Okay I resolved this using the nmrp flash tool. I flashed the initial release firmware using the tool and then organically upgraded to the latest version. it all went smooth. I cant believe I wasted so much time on the TFTP tool when Nmrp tool was so straight forward !! Thank you FURRYe38
Does this long random string seen in other browsers like MS Edge, Firefox or Opera?
Might try a 30-30-30 reset to see if this might help.
FTP access means you get access to FTP send networking protocol only. WEB UI is not working at this stage.

Thank you for the reply and Yes the random string url shows up in other browsers like MS edge aswell and I didnt try in firefox. but this is what the URL is
I did try the 30-30-30 reset but it didnt work. the router just booted normally.
