Hi - How does one do a factory reset?
Also - for the "quick test" you mentioned. Did you mean before doing the factory reset? I tried that and nothing changed. Still killed my connections when I turned off Guest.

For a factory reset there should be a small hole in the back of the router use a paperclip or toothpick to preform the reset hold it in for a few seconds until the lights on the router flash then power off the router or unplug it for a minute then plug it back in should be back to factory settingd.
