Two wifi networks in one house
I have an ATT 5286AC Router/Modem. Can I set up the Orbi RBR750 and a completely new second Wifi network along side the ATT Wifi network?

You can.
A couple things though.
1. make sure you either put the netgears IP address into the ATT's DMZ or put the netgear into access point mode. that'll prevent a double nat
2. Make sure to seperate the wireless channels to prevent interference.

Are you looking for broader wireless coverage, or some kind of
separation between your two "Wifi networks", or what?Do you want client devices on one "Wifi network" to be able to
communicate with client devices on the other "Wifi network"?

communicate with any other. But it would disable any fancy router
functions on the RBR750.
