Unable to access a website on a R6300

If you are with a cable ISP, you may try performing MAC spoofing and see if it works. You may refer to the link below for the instructions:

Maybe it wasn't clear. the tracert shows I can make it past my router using a tracert, but my router is not letting the PING leave. Hence not letting my browser traffic leave.
I can connect directly to the MODEM and get to the site no problem.
I can NOT connect through the router and get to the site.

AMAZING. MAC Spoofing worked. So now the question is, is that an issue with my router or the ISP? I use Wave Broadband and never have seen this issue before.

It is possible that the MAC spoof was not applied correctly and needed to be re-synced with the ISP.

Thank you DexterJB. Your solution resolved it and based on the troubleshooting, it was not the Netgear causing the issue. The web site host is investigating though as they only do IP blacklisting based on known spammers. Not via MAC address so it still baffles their mind how this could happen.
