Unable to login to router using IP Address

My power went out this afternoon. When I restarted my computer the router was not accessing the internet. I attempted to login to the router using the IP address but it takes my to another window stating 401 Unauthorized
Access to this resource is denied, your client has not supplied the correct authentication.
My firmware is up-to-date. I have tried unplugging and rebooting system but nothing has worked.
How do I regain access to my router WNDR4500v2?

Thank you for the link but I have figured it out. Apparently when the power went out it set the router back to default settings. Once I figured that out it was a breeze to reestablish my set up.
