Unable to open the 9.5.3.2 software upgrade. My PC is connected to WAC510 with Ethernet cable.

Hi, have been following instructions : PC connected to WAC510 via Ethernet cable, have downloaded then extracted the 9.5.3.2 software..

However when I double click on the "WAC505-510_V9.5.3.2_firmware.tar" icon, nothing happens, Windows10 asks me which application it should use to open the file.

I am obviously not doing the right thing, can someone please help?
