Update firmware 1.0.0.80
started to install new firmware v1.0.0.80 and now I can not connect to my router. Have tried to reboot from the nighthawk phone app but keeps telling me can not connect. do I have to reset my route...
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What are all the led's doing on the router?
Did you try rebooting the router?
tried to reset router but that is not even working I have a R6120 — AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Router
Did a factory reset and all LEDs are green but still can not connect to the router.

Have you tried with a hardwired in pc/laptop?
is its wifi broadcasting?
Details are key since we aren't there to see what you're doing. With the led's on, its indicating its on and less likely to be bricked. So it could be an issue with how you're attempting to connect/setup.

What response do you get? using NightHawk it says "internet" online but when i try and connect the message says "we can't find your nighthawk
Have you tried with a hardwired in pc/laptop? yes. I was able to see it was on ver 1.0.0.80 and tried to go back to ver1.0.0.76 and it looked like it was working but then i got to the end and nothing.
is its wifi broadcasting? The SSID is not broadcasting

is its wifi broadcasting? The SSID is not broadcasting----how do you know? what are the led's on the router doing? color/blinking/solid. did the ssid get changed?
You can't update over USB>
is there a way to use the USB port on the router to upload ver 1.0.0.76??
