How can I Update to the Latest Firmware? I follow all the complex directions online but nothing works so for 2 years I cannot accomplish this. Frustrated & not willing to buy another new Netgear with...

I am updating manually, but it won't allow me to access the link no matter what I do. Nothing works and Netgear won't help without me buying a service plan. (Chrome)
