Update

I have never been able to update my router software (currently V1.1.00.30).  The error message is "Update failed". I also can not get an "Advance" menu in my Genie software, which the documentation ...

A manual update requires going into the "Advanced" menu, which I can not do.

    Yes.  With Windows 7 Pro and Google Chrome.
