Uploading completely bricks the internet

I finally finished my at home office and after hooking up the orbi mesh network everything seemed to work great.  However if I upload a file, size really doesnt matter, speed doesnt mattter, and then the entire internet service just stops.  I can roughly move around the internet, but watching a video file, download another file, anything and it is totally useless.  A speedtest without uploading is 80 Mb/s minimum and while uploading, it goes down to a whopping 0.2MB/s.  There is no way that is right, I bypassed the orbi with cable providers router, and I did not have this problem, however my cable provider has no wifi, and is in a terrible location which is why I use the mesh network.

I am pretty sure this is an issue with ACK priotization, is there any way to change the priority settings within the router?  I need to find a solution fast as I am constantly uploading and downloading all day for work while being connected to zoom.
