USB_Storage can't be found

Hi Forum Experts,

I inserted a USB thumb drive into the USB slot and it shows up in Readyshare. However, when I clicked on it I get 

'The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “USB_Storage” can’t be found.'

I searched the community with that message and found no answers.

Has anyone come across this message and any solutions?

The USB drive was formated as FAT32 and contains data. I am accessing it from a Macbook Pro.
