Using this wifi 3+yrs no issues! 2day it won't conect,all svc lgts r green,resets not helping!

NETGEAR WIFI R6020/AC7050Dual Band WiFi router:

The wifi isn't connecting internally w/my modem connection! Modem is fine & connected 2 the internet. When my modem is hardwired 2 my computer I have internet, when I connect my modem 2 the wifi there's no internet connection! All the responding icons on the wifi are ALL green & there should be a connetion, what 2 do now 2 resolve this???
