VLAN ON RBR50 FOR IOT DEVICES

I have the RBR50 and RBS50 running on V2.7.0.70.  Would like to split up my IoT devices from other devices so they are on their own SSID and subnet.  One SSID subnet 10.0.0.1/24 for IoT devices and a second SSID subnet for computers, cell phones, and printers on 192.168.0.1/24.  I need ability to control those IoT devices from my cell phone so my phone IP will obviously need to communicate across both subnets.  I realize we have VLAN / Bridge settings but need explicit details how to configure.  Have not found a YouTube video that has enough detail other than showing how in general but leaves out a lot of detail.
