VPN doesn't establish client-to-gateway tunnel | no VPN for Internet browsing

I bought Netgear WNR614 WiFi router 6 months back. I'm facing a strange issue with this router.

Router doesn't allow to establish VPN tunnel through it (from my home to company's VPN gateway). 

I get IPv4 Public IP from ISP. If I connect the uplink to my laptop directly, I'm able to establish VPN session.

I don't have provision to disable Firewall in the router webpage.

Router Firmware Version: V1.1.0.32_1.0.1

I'm using Windows7 os in my laptop.

Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
