WAC124 constantly logs out of settings
I have a WAC124 and whenever I go into the settings, it logs me out after only a few seconds or maybe a minute at best. I can rarely go through 2 or 3 menus before it goes back to the "sso.html" login screen and I have to login again. This makes it very difficult to change any settings in the device. I really need a solution to this. It does this in Chrome, Edge and Opera.

Still no answer. It's starting to look like there is no way to get any support on this device. I'll keep that in mind with which brand to avoid with my next router purchase.

So Netgear's SSO is broken, at least for the WAC124. So the trick is how to acess the web GUI after Netgear broke it. You can still access the GUI after disabling the WAN connection, but then how to use the AP? Well, firewall it.
We used a Cisco Meraki MX to firewall the WAC124 and prevent it from accessing the internet. Just the WAC124, all devices connected to it still have internet access. So the WAC124's OS is prevented from accessing the internet and thus the end user is presented with the local login instead of SSO.
There you go, kick that failed SSO to the curb! Get your WAC124 back without paying support money to Netgear.
