hello dear this from qatar navigator we some some netgear acces point.. those acces point login by our tecnichians and they left from the company now we try to login by our own email .its showin...
This is the community forum. Where members of the public try to help out for free. We're not netgear. We don't have access to their systems. So the serial numbers don't help much for us. There's the occasional moderator on here but its rare.
You could always try factory resetting the devices and reinstalling them.
