web interfaces
Since there is little to no documentation for this I'm asking here. I know Linksys has been pushing primary mgmt using their limited phone app. Is NetGear doing the same thing? I see a phone app at l...

Where did you look? (For what?)
I don't study Netgear's new product releases, so I know nothing, but,
if I wanted to know something about a particular model, then I'd try a
widely neglected technique:

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in the relevant model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Is
the management web site described there? Does it offer the features of
interest?

My dim impression was that the Netgear apps were generally less
comprehensive than the management web site(s). I don't use Netgear
apps.
