You could just factory reset it and start over. Install doesn't take that long.
Might look at upgrading that router at some point too. That thing is ancient

Ancient = first launched in 2003.
Most recent hardware update around 2012.
But that is just the beginning. Anyone still using Windows 7 should not be using it on the Internet. Microsoft abandoned it and gave up on security updates some time ago.
