WGR614v10 cannot reset password
Model WGR614v10; S/N 28732170A34DC, Windows10; Home use only living in the country with Satellite Internet
"Every time" that I'm trying to reset my password on the NetGear home page, I keep getting this same error message: "Sorry! It’s not you, it’s us. Please try again." This has gone on about 5 times now and I'm tired of it. I have NO Wifi now at all.

What is telling you "its not you, its us"?
your browser? Your app?
A screen snip helps more because I"m not aware of netgear having any notices like that.

Which password. Netgear has several. Router's browser graphical user interface (GUI), wifi, this place.
Which "Home page"? Again that could mean many things.
