Netgear genie not working with my WGR614v10 router. Is it supported?

What does "not working" mean? The support pages for your router do not provide a link to the Netgear genie, so it may not support it. This is, after all, a model that was launched eight years ago.

  Thank you I over looked that in installing the app. Yes it is quite old this router but it has the current firmware and is working fine for my current needs.
