what happens when you cant login to your router even though all user and passwords are correct

You need to provide some useful information on what you are doing and where things go wrong.
It also helps to tell people what Netgear equipment you own.
Trying to cram everything into the subject is a bad idea. Not what you would call reader friendly.
If that happens then just press the reset button with a paper clip for 30 seconds and re-do your setup and passwords.
