Why does my new iphones not get internet when they show connected to the wifi?
My family members that have gotten new Iphones connect to our home wifi set up but get no internet service and I cannot figure this one out! Has anyone else had this issue? Please help! Thanks...

If we are talking about the D3600 modem/router in your footer, can you tell us what firmware you have on it?
What messages do they see when they try to connect to the wifi?
Are you using an SSID or passwords on the router with characters that iOS does not like?
Have they told their devices to forget any previous connections to this SSID and to set up the connection from scratch?
If you do have the D3600, you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

That's a wifi speed, not a model number. Look for that in the label.
The firmware I have is V1.0.1.42

You now list the WNDR3400v3. If that is it, you have the latest firmware!
Not your fault. It happens all the time. Netgear doesn't help by using those wifi speeds all over the place.
But we now need to know what the modem is in front of the router. I ask because these can be modem routers with their own wifi. And that can cause all sorts of chaos.
We still don't know what messages people see when they try to connect to the wifi.
