Trying Resurrect this router to expand the range of my Starlink WiFi . I forgot the passwords so I did A factory reset. Thru the iPhone nethear mobile app I am trying to configure this unit. I seem to...

If you did a hard reset it should go back to factory default and the password should be password. Try getting into the router wired with a laptop.

So I did this. It seems this router cannot connect to a wireless router, i think i has to be plugged in (like a previously had it with my cable modem (old house)). I was able to plug it into my desktop at home, connect it to my starlink router thru the PC which is connected to the starlink router.
Not sure this model has the functionality i need.........

Try to imagine how "Not sure" the non-psychics in your audience must
feel. Perhaps if you revealed what "the functionality [you] need" might
be, then you might get better advice. Hint: "expand the range of my

Probably true, in general.

might want to think again. (Hint: If a device has different types of
Ethernet ports, then "connected to device" is not enough detail.)
