wifi disconnecting on both 2.4g and 5g

It can be difficult to work out if these problems are down to the router (wifi source) of the wifi clients. If the router is sending out that wifi as planned, then it may be the clients that are at fault.
One thing you could try is to change the wifi settings on the router from Auto to a particular channel.

Check page 91.
This will prevent the router from changing wifi channels, which might have confused your wifi clients.
Check for other nearby wifi sources to see if there are any that could interfere with your own wifi.
