Wifi Does Not Work, but Ethernet Does

The firmware verision I most recently updated to is V1.0.4.122. The modem in front of the router is a Netgear CM500.
The CM500 is not a router, it a modem only. No built in router or WiFi.
Do you have a wifi router connected to the CM modem? If not, you'll need to install a WiFi router behind the CM modem, then connect your wifi devices to this router....

- Since you already have a gateway modem you must set the R6400 as an access point and turn off its dhcp because you'll end up getting a double nat which gives you those problems.
