WiFi speed very slow
I have gig speed thru ziply fiber and my router says that it supports gig speeds I can barely hit 150 mpbs download. And when I try contacting Netgear I can’t. They want me to pay extra for them to help me since my “warranty ended” that’s so messed up.

A couple things.
1. you're testing on wireless. Wireless won't hit gigabit speeds. wired can with that router. But not wireless.
2. what ont/fibre gateway do you have?
3. what firmware is on the router.
4. What speeds do you get hardwired into the router?
5. What speeds do you get hardwired into the ont/gateway?
yea no router is going to give you 1 gig of speed through wireless, only way for that speed is wired.
