There's nothing on a router that has anything to do with Windows.
Mostly you use the browser graphical user interface (GUI) and any browser will do.
Windows might affect things like the desktop apps that we use. I can confirm that the Windows Genie and the ReadyCLOIUD app both work happily in Windows.
PS If you are puzzled as to why someone should dredge up their boilerplate text to tell you that your router has nothing to do with the operating system and then tell you to take your question elsewhere, that makes two of us. The answer there will be the same as the answer here.
