Wired speeds over 200 Mbps, Wired speed only 1 Mbps

I am using Spectrum and my Wired speeds are consistently showing up as 200 Mbps. but the Wifi speeds are always around 1 Mbps. The details from admin portal are below.

    Have you tried changing channels that the 2.4ghz broadcasts on? Maybe you have interference

      Tried changing the channel. Doesnt help much

        How about a factory reset and reinstall? 

        What device are you testing on? 

        have you tried other devices?
