wireless not working

I have a wireless router model R6120 and when i orginally got it all 4 lights would light up showing that it was working now the power wifi and internet lights light up but the LAN doesn't in turn my wireless is not working i have reset it over and over and I have called netgear 8 times and get tired of sitting on hold after about 25 minutes each time, i have updated the firmware I just don't know what else to do

    Hi candj,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

     

    1. The LAN LED will only light up if you have a wired device connected to the router.

    2. What is the color of the Internet LED?

    3. Do you have any device/s that is wired to the router (other than the ISP modem)?

    4. Are you able to go online when connected straight to the modem?
