Attempting to connect the EX3110 but my Netgear94 router does not see it. The power light is green and the WPS light is green but the router does not have a WPS switch. How is the WPS light green on the extender. NO router light or device light. Cannot access the browser interface website.

did you set it up using wps?
If so, try factory resetting the extender and reinstall it using the installation assistant.
