I have a net gear wn3000 v1hp from my work I don’t know password and is asking for one all the time how do I reset this so I can boost wi fi from work office

You might start with an oft-neglected resource:

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.
Look for "reset". Further reading might not hurt, either.
