I don't have such a page.

According to reviews on the Russian - language website telnet is supported.
The same is said on openwrt  in the part of Telnet (original firmware)

I'm not surprised. We are talking about a strange device that came out 10 years ago, with no sign of newer versions.

 

I assume that 192.168.1.1 brings up the browser graphical user interface (GUI).

By all means hunt around for third party ways of getting there. But Netgear doesn't support them so there may not be much to read around here.
