WNDR3400 as ethernet switch paired with T-Mobile gateway (2023) TMO-G4AR
Greetings. Recently joined T-Mobile home internet (it was good deal). T-provides a gateway that only comes with two ethernet output ports. For security reasons, I prefer to use wired connection ...

Does it have 100 Mbps LAN ports? If so, wired you won't get much more. The 300 Mbps is for WiFi

GOOD point. It does have 100Mpbs LAN ports, but It is not reaching 100Mbps. It gets to 75 Mbps (which is better than the 50 Mbps I used get with AT&T).
Question: Shouldn't the LAN port deliver then 100Mbps instead of the 75 it is???? By the way, also the WiFi through the Netgear router is NOT delivering the speed it gets from the gateway. Again, items connected directly to the TMobile gateway (WiFi or wired, both) get download speeds at 128 Mbps. But anything connected indirectly via the Netgear router is well below (75mpbs if wired, and the WiFi even lower than that). None of this used to happen when equally connected to an AT&T router.
Advice? Thoughts?
Thanks.

Appreciate the question of router vs. access point.
QUESTION: Where do I find? Went to routerlogin.net, got into the router and could not pinpoint where to see it. Appreciate your help.
