WNDR3400 can't connect to readyshare on android

i have netgear n600 WNDR3400 router with built in samba server aka readyshare when i connect my windows and mac laptops i login in to my hhd no problem but on my android device i used many apps like e...

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Have you tried using another device (another Android, iOS)?

    3. You may refer to the apps' support/dev on how to configure the app since it works with your other devices.
