WNDR3400 Router Status Wireless Port not displaying Wireless Settings

Hello all,

Recently my SSID names are not recognized (2.4 and 5 GHZ). These had been manually configured. Looking at the Router Status Wireless Port shows that it is blank. I reconfigured the Basic and Wireless Settings and still I cannot see the SSIDs, etc in the Wireless Port. Example: Name (SSID) WirelessNet2G. In Wireless Port the Name (SSID) and all settings are blank.

This was not a problem until about a week ago when my wireless connections stated "out of range".

Thank you for any advice.

    Hello jkasabian,

    Welcome to the community!

What browser are you using in accessing the router page? I suggest that you try other browser and see whether you will get the same result. If same result, have you tried upgrading the firmware of the router? Current router version for your device can be downloaded from this link. After firmware upgrade, reset the router and reconfigure. Once you have reconfigured, check the router status if it will still show blank on your wireless port.

    Let us know what happens.

    Regards,
