Thank you for all your help, I have solved this problem. FINALLY! The problem was my firewall and anti-virus. Once I provided rules to accept all incoming traffic and turned off my antivirus, all works well! That was very grueling and time consuming. The portforwarding works from the modem to the router through the extender to the pc and it works.
Thank you again for trying to help.

Thanks for that information.
Have you tried setting the server to DMZ?
Disable the Port Forwarding, then set the server to DMZ. The DMZ is under Advanced > WAN Setup
Another thing you may try is to bypass the router. Connect the server directly to the modem and see if it will work.
Let us know what happens.

I have tried connecting directly to the modem and setting up another rule exactly the same as above with the different but correct ip. However, I still cannot reach my server!
I have set the Default DMZ server to my apache workstation still with no success. I am lost here and have no clue why nothing is working.

If you have bypassed the router and stil it does not allow the access then you may want to check with your ISP.
That's the main reason why it won't let you access it with the router in place.

And ask them if they are blocking all incoming traffic on all ports?

That's right. This should be working first through the modem.
If this can't be done through the modem then it will not work either with the router.
