Wndr3400v3 - router constantly reboots

Installed 12/31/15 & worked great until 10/07/16. The router constantly reboots & no internet. Why would the router continually reboot?

  • I was able to talk to a person in support & she is going to send me an email for a replacement for my router. Still waiting on the email, it has been more than 2 hours since I spoke to her...

    Hardware failure, corrupted FW,

  • The router has a "lifetime warranty" and I do not know who to contact for a replacement..... any ideas on how to contact Netgear?

Did you register it? If no do it now.

Then go to MyNetgear find your registered device click support, enter the problem follow the prompts

  • I did register it, I will try what you suggested. Thank you!

I've used it twice in past 2 weeks and already got replacements and sent old stock back.

      Good Luck

  • Yes, I did. I mailed the defective router back per the instructions last week. Thanks for asking.
