Well I gave up the only way to stabilize this router was to disable the radio and that isnt an option. I purchased a new R6700v2 router and set it up now my system is stable on all devices. I have all 12 Cat5e devices wired and 5 2.4gHz older androids set and 6 5gHz devices all running without issue. I would like to return this WMDR3400V3 but I suppose I have little chance of that.
Thanks for the help and short of opening up the device I believe I tried everything to get it to function as it should.
