Thanks for the advice! I did manage to do some sort of reset, but it doesn't seem to be a full reset as it is still using my old password and blocking my email. What else can I do?

Did you follow the other reset instruction?
That should fully reset the unit and should not use your old password.

Hi Elaine,
I did follow your 1, 2, 3 instructions and from that it seemed like some sort of re-set was in process, but then the internet came back on and nothing had changed (still blocking my email website and not able to download/send emails from my Outlook for that specific account). I was told by my email service provider that without totally re-seting the router I won't be able to use my email. I don't think a full factory re-set has happened (or maybe I'm wrong and it just didn't work). I'm not sure what else to do or why this one website is being blocked. We had also tried disabling the Port Scan (assuming this was a DoS attack or problem).
Any other thoughts? Or do I just have to get a new router?

The steps that I have provided should have restored all the settings on the router.
Did you use a paper clip?
To be honest, there are no other resets that you can do aside from the ones that I gave.

Yes I used a paper clip. I have tried various strategies to reset the router - including the ones you have pointed to - and nothing works. Am I to assume that this router is now garbage?
