I'm embarassed to say that it turned out to be the cat5 cable I had running between my router and network switch that was causing the issue. I replaced it (pulled a new cable through the wall) and everything worked again. I'm not sure how the previous cable was damaged, but that turned out to be the issue.

Welcome to the community, tenjay
Where is the FS608 connected to the WNDR3400? Which port?
Check if you have a light on the router.
If you you do not get a light on the port, connect a computer directly to that port and see if it will lit and get online.
Another thing you may do is to try a different port on the router.

Not the first time a bad lan cable has happen just one pair bad in a lan cable will keep a 1gb connection from working.
A lan cable test comes in handy try running a 120 foot only to find another person cut the cable in the middle after the sheet rock is up.
