WNDR3500 VOIP Blocking

Question

I have a WNDR3500 router, and a VOIP box connected to one of it's LAN port

Interestingly, incoming phone calls are working fine, however outgoing phone calls are blocked .

My VOIP box works fine when used with another router.

Any suggestion what to change in WNDR settings ?

Hi jenom,

1. you may try contacting the VOIP box manufacturer to check if there are ports that need to be forwarded.

2. If there are, you can do Adress Reservation for the VOIP box then forward the ports.&nbsp;The links below may help out.
