No.
The WAN port on this router – the one that connects it to the modem – is rated at 100BASE-Tx. That is 100 Mbps. There is nothing you can do to this hardware to get it to connect to your modem at 300 Mbps.
The WNDR3400v3 is now nearly 10 years old, based on a router first released in 2010. Time for something more modern.
