Wave Broadband came out to check everything and also looked at the modem, and it was Okay.

They said it was my router that died!😒

You can try another power adapter of the same voltage and see if it was that. If you say you couldn't log into it maybe it has died. You can log into it by connecting your laptop to one of the 4 LAN ports on the back, on your browser either type 192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net. The user is admin and the password is password.
