WNDR3700 updating firmware to WPA3

I updated the firmware on my WNDR3700v1 and it doesn't include the WPA3. Now what do I do, or is this router too old to be updated to WPA3?

    The wndr3700 won't get the wp3 update as far as i know. many of the RAX devices haven't even got wpa3 yet. And the wndr3700 is an 11 year old device.
